Privacy Policy

What the current Prinil website collects, why inquiry data is used, how it is stored, and how to request access or erasure.

This notice explains the current website and inquiry forms. It should be reviewed whenever hosting, analytics, email, CRM, or marketing systems change.

Current operational notice; it is not legal advice and does not replace rights provided by applicable law.

Information collected

  • Contact details such as name, email, organization, country, and time zone.
  • The selected service or contact topic, public URLs, project details, timing, budget band, and form consent.
  • Technical security records needed to validate and rate-limit a submission. Raw connection addresses are hashed before the form-rate counter is stored.
  • No public file upload, password, payment credential, customer export, tax record, or marketing opt-in is requested.

Why the information is used

Inquiry data is used to validate the request, review fit, route it to the appropriate Prinil reviewer or queue, reply through the supplied email, prepare a scope when requested, protect the form, and maintain an internal inquiry record. It is not used for launch email marketing.

Storage, email, and retention review

A successful submission is stored as a private WordPress lead accessible only to authorized administrators. Transactional email is attempted when a delivery service is configured; the notification deliberately excludes the free-text brief. Each lead carries a one-year retention-review date rather than an untested automatic deletion promise.

Requests and updates

Use the Contact page and choose Privacy or data request to ask for access or erasure. WordPress privacy tools can export or anonymize records associated with a verified email. Prinil Digital is operated by Prinil LLC, with its registered business address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Prinil may use service providers in other locations when production vendors are configured. This notice must be updated before adding analytics, advertising tags, CRM sync, a marketing list, or another processor.
