How much does a custom design cost?
Single custom t-shirt designs start at $35. Premium designs with multiple revisions and lifestyle mockups start at $85. Bulk packages (5/10/25/50/100+ designs) drop the per-design price 40-70%. Full pricing breakdown here.
How fast can you deliver?
Single designs: 3-5 business days for first drafts. Bulk packs of 10-50 designs: ships in waves of 5-10 designs every 5-7 days. Rush delivery available for +30%. Most clients see their first draft within a week of approval.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Single designs include 3 revision rounds. Premium and bulk packages include unlimited revisions within the project scope. If we miss the brief entirely, we restart at no cost.
What file formats do you deliver?
Print-ready PNG (transparent, 300 DPI, sRGB), layered SVG, editable AI/PSD source files, plus platform-specific exports for Etsy (12×16), Amazon Merch (4500×5400), Shopify, and Redbubble. All included in every package.
Do I own the designs?
Yes. Every package includes full commercial rights across all major POD platforms (Etsy, Amazon Merch, Printful, Printify, Shopify, Redbubble, Society6, TeePublic, Spreadshirt, Zazzle, etc.).
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Most of our clients are in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We communicate in fluent English on your timezone and accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We never share, sell, or display your designs publicly without permission. Standard NDA available on request before sharing detailed niche or competitive info. Your designs are yours — we don’t add them to our portfolio unless you say it’s ok.
Can I start with a single design before committing to a bulk pack?
Absolutely. Most clients start with 1-3 designs to test fit before moving to bulk packages. We never push you to commit to bigger packages — buy what you need, scale when it makes sense.
